League of Legends Update 11.13 Notes Released

The highly anticipated update notes of the 11.13 update of League of Legends, one of the popular games of Riot Games, have been published.

League of Legneds update 11.13 brings with it many changes, from champion adjustments and item balance to system-based updates.

League of Legends 11.13 update notes include champion updates, bug fixes and upcoming skins and colors. In the last update, the game format is intended to be developed in order to “improve” the splitpush tactic and “add variety and excitement” to the game.

Passive bonus damage and lethality increased.

Passive – Gunman and Oracle

Bonus Attack Damage: 4/8/12/16/20/24 (Q levels 1-5) ⇒ 5/10/15/20/25/30 (Q levels 1-5)

Lethality: 3.5/7/10.5/14/17.5/21 (E levels 1-5) ⇒ 4.5/9/13.5/18/22.5/27 (E 1- 5th levels)


W VFX now reveal when inside surface shapes.

W – Wave of Gloom

Wave of Gloom VFX are now revealed when the ability is cast on champions from within terrains.

E base damage decreased late.

E – Storm

Base Damage: 100/140/180/220/260 ⇒ 100/130/160/190/220


Base health growth increased. Mana and mana growth rate rounded up.

Base attributes

Health Growth Rate: 93 ⇒ 100

Mana: 7.47 7.5

Mana Growth: 0.58 ⇒ 0.6


E base shield decreased.

E – Bravery

Base Shield: 95/125/155/185/215 ⇒ 85/115/145/175/205


W cooldown increased early and is no longer flat; bonus movement speed decreased.

W – Scrap Shield

Cooldown: 6 seconds ⇒ 7/6.75/6.5/6.25/6 seconds

Bonus Movement Speed: 15/20/25/30/35% ⇒ 10/15/20/25/30%

Soot Kench

Raw and his R have been swapped and refreshed. Passive bonus damage decreased. His Q now heals, applies his passive, and grows stronger with size. E shield duration increased; Healing increased over time, but takes longer to activate. Also hit brand new visual effects!

NEW / Stupid You: Tahm Kench can now use R – Devour during Tongue Wound to swallow champions stunned by Tongue Wound.

NEW / What a Friend: Tongue Wound now heals Tahm Kench for 6/7/8/9/10% of his missing health when hitting an enemy champion.

NEW / Flavoring: Tongue Wound now applies a stack of Passive – Taste on champion hit

Slow: 30/40/50/60/70% ⇒ 40%

Slow Duration: 3 seconds ⇒ 2 seconds

Cooldown: 5 seconds ⇒ 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds

Bedel: 50 Mana ⇒ 50/46/42/38/34 Mana

NEW / Rapid Tongue Wound’s range and rate of fire now scale with Tahm Kench’s size.

W – Journey of Taste

NEW / Fish Dive: Tahm Kench condenses for 1.35 seconds, dives for 0.15 seconds, then spawns at the target location dealing 100/135/170/205/240 (+100% AP) Damage and knocking up enemies for 1 second. Hitting an enemy champion with the ability refunds 30% of its cooldown and mana cost. Tahm Kench can take his devoured teammates with him (teammates can go out at any time before the condensation is complete). Opponents cannot see where Tahm Kench is going for the first 0.75 seconds of channeling.

Cooldown: 24/23/22/21/20 seconds ⇒ 21/20/19/18/17 seconds

Cost: 60/75/90/105/120 Mana

E – Like Belt

Shield Duration: 2 seconds ⇒ 2.5 seconds

Gray Health Recovery Over Time: Slightly increased to 10% Max Health per quarter second.

R – Raw

NEW / Time to Eat: Tahm Kench devours the target champion for 3 seconds. If the target champion is an enemy, he must have 3 stacks of Passive – Taste and take magic damage equivalent to 100/250/400 + 15% (+5% per 100 AP) of his maximum health. Tahm Kench is also stuck on the ground and is slowed by 40%. If the target champion is an ally, he gains a 300/450/600 (+100% AP) Shield lasting 2.5 seconds after Devour is complete. Tahm Kench gets stuck on the ground and is slowed by 40/25//10%, but can still use W – Flavor Journey. Tahm Kench’s allies can see when Devour is ready on the champion’s health bar (opponents cannot).


Q healing from minions decreased. E base bonus movement speed, projectile speed, and area length increased.

Fixed Bugs

Fixed a bug where the purple indicator of Neeko’s Passive – Thousand and One Faces was displaying the selected ally’s health instead of her current health while Neeko was disguised.

Dr. Updated Mundo’s E – Concussion attacks to appear faster in between basic attacks.

Dr. Fixed a bug where his Passive – Go Wherever He Wants would not go on cooldown when Mundo blocked Mordekaiser’s R – Realm of the Dead.

Updated the Q – Germ Saw visuals for Businessman Mundo, Yaman Weight Mundo, Executioner Mundo, Mundo Body Champion, Mundo Mundo, and TPA Mundo to be more prominent when the ability is used in brush.

Fixed a bug where Sion’s Passive – Glory of Death was lasting longer than the respawn time, causing the champion to respawn at their current position.

Stab and silence effects applied by AoE abilities (Singed’s W – Strong Gum, Soraka’s E – Equinox, and Cassiopeia’s W – Poison) can no longer be removed with Purge while the player is within AoE.

The Support tab now appears above the Popular filter in the in-game shop.

Star Guardian Jinx’s lines now play when she receives items.

Shifted Statikk Dagger’s purchase lines to Stormbender.

Fixed a bug where Aphelios would heal with abilities instead of basic attacks when he casts R – Moonlight Vigil with Severum.

Fixed a bug where Mega Gnar wasn’t holding the hint of base attack power he gained from his Passive – Fury Gene.

Fixed a bug where Rammus’ Q sound effects were affected by his lines.
